Hi everyone,

I am Darshan Hiranandani, working on associating primary contact information with a company lead and I am running into a bit of a challenge. I have created a lead for a company and I want the primary contact details (name, phone number, email) to automatically populate into the lead information section.

I have tried adding properties with property sync, but the information is not coming through. I also tried adding properties to the company info area and syncing from there, but this results in an error when trying to sync to the lead.

It would also be fine if the contact information were to populate in the contacts section, but I have only been able to do this manually for each lead, which is time-consuming.

Does anyone have any suggestions or a better way to handle this?

Hi @darshanhira24,

Is the contact also associated to the lead or just the company? If the contact is not associated to the lead, then a sync property cannot pull the company from contact to lead – due to the missing connection.
