Can a HubSpot workflow suggest products based on lead criteria?

Hi everyone,

I'm using Hubspot free version at the moment, but we're planning to shift to a paid version in the near future. I've created products in HubSpot and my Meta ad form currently captures team size and workspace type which I've integrated with Hubspot. I want to build a workflow that will send an instant welcome message everytime a contact is created and asks one additional question about work timings after the form submission. Based on the collected details, can the workflow suggest the most suitable product from my HubSpot products?

For example:

A lead submits they need a 5-8 person private office.
The workflow asks for their preferred timing, and they select "flexible."
Based on these inputs, the workflow sends a message suggesting "Private Office 2" as a suitable option. (maybe by using the if/then branch in workflow?)

Can this level of product recommendation be automated in HubSpot workflows? If so, which Hubspot version would be best for it? If you have any more recommendations or advice, I'd be happy to know

Hey @lishba

Yes, you can set this type of workflow with If, then branches, and when you collect data through form submissions, we can set the triggers based on the updated contact properties. You need to have either a Marketing Hub Professional or Sales Hub professional depending on your further requirements to access features that allow for the automation of product recommendations.
