Can we create a ticket workflow to update user property on hubspot.

I have a custom user property "Open ticket count" in which I want to calculate number of tickets a particular user have. Now I want to know if there is anyway to create a ticket workflow in order to update that "Open Ticket COunt" custom user property?

Hi @Himalaya1997,

No, at this point user object properties are not as integrated as other object's properties. This is currently not possible.

However, your plan seems to be to visualize or analyze how many open tickets are assigned to a user – why not simply display count of tickets by ticket owner? If that doesn't work, could you provide more context about your use case?

I need to create a workflow to be able to shift tickets from one user to another if any user has 10 open tickets.
Is there anyway to do it?

@Himalaya1997 not out of the box, no. This would require working with the HubSpot API. As far as I know, it can't be done with the default workflow actions.
