Weight different activities to create scoreboard

We are wanting to create a scoreboard that recognises that not all sales team activities are created equal.

The scoreboard needs to give each team member a live score as to their sales activities with - for example:

1 point for a completed phone call

2 points for an online meeting

4 points for a face to face visit

Is there any way of completing this within Hubspot without using an add-in?

Since there is no specific activity type for face to face visits, you'd have to make sure that you use meetings with a particular meeting type for face to face visits: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/how-do-i-create-and-use-call-and-meeting-types

Once you have that, you can award points for calls, online meetings, offline meetings accordingly.
