Inventory Managment Solutions

I am shocked there is not more demand for this item, or even discussion about it. But our use case insists we manage inventory at various locations.

Ideally visable through hubspot.

Curious what others have done, investigating pandaflow's inventory panda, but not sure if it's even operational anymore.

Ideally we need an app, integration or other because our locations are many and our skus are inventoried in various ways.

EDIT:

I should add, the requirement of this would be view only from our ERP. Our sales reps live in hubspot and sell and create deals from here.

Our account managers, products, and inventory live in netsuite, so only a view is required in hubspot.

Have considered a 3rd party app that can help present this in a way to our reps so they know what is available, but I think keeping it in hubspot would be best

@Keegan4123 Our go-to solution for one-way syncing of ERP data into HubSpot is a reverse ELT platform like Hightouch or Census. (These apps work for ERPs that are built on SQL databases.) Both are available in the HubSpot App Marketplace. One consideration is whether the ERP is hosted on premise or is cloud-based. On prem will require using a method like SSH tunneling to expose the SQL database to external connections.

I ran into the same issues trying to track inventory and sync it with deals in the pipeline. What worked for me was connecting an Inventory Management Software that updates quantities automatically based on deal stages. It really helped reduce errors from manual updates and kept the team on the same page. We also set custom properties in HubSpot to reflect stock levels tied to each product.
