How to use search results: Notes

The search feature is fantastic - I can type any term and it will list all of the notes from conversations about that term. So, if i want to see who talked to me about strawberries this summer, I just type strawberries in the search bar and the list of notes appears.

Is there a way to collate, combine, export all of those notes so I can re-read all of those notes regarding strawberries? The CoPilot seems super close to being able to do this. I'm interested in the insights from those conversations.

Hi @JLynn10,

With activities as a data source in the custom report builder, you can create a custom report that lists all notes containing certain keywords: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

You'd select activites as a data source, then filter the report by activity type (notes) and choose a table visualization that displays the note body, activity date etc.

This report can then also be exported. Last I checked, the report / export will truncate longer notes, unfortunately.
