Line items display on deal overview

Trying to figure out it if there is an option/report to show a detailed view of the line items on a deal in the middle overview card section.

Currently the line item card on the right side only shows item and number, and i must click into it to see more details. I would like it to show in the middle section

Hi @Keegan4123,

Will this work for you?

1 - Create custom Line Item report (must be single-item)

Example below, I have chosen ALL TIME, and Line Item Name + Unit Price but customise to what you want to see.

2 - Edit the default view of your deals. Then click "Add Cards" in the middle

3 - You want to skip the default cards, and create a custom card. Scroll down a bit and you'll see Report Card.

4 - Select the report you just created, and then at the bottom where it says "Filter Report by" select Associations.

This should pull in all the line items on that report associated with the deal you're looking at.

Example 1 - Deal with all 5 of my line items associated with it.

Example 2 - Deal with no line items at all. Both examples are referencing the same report.

Hi @ScottPennwood, this is a great solution and helpful for reporting. Do you have a solution to bring the line items to the middle panel to the deal as an "Association table" card? Similiar to how you can have a table of associated contacts/companies and be able to edit their properties right there instead of opening the contact/company record.

My goal is to bring the line editor to the middle panel and then be able to use conditional logic to display the columns in a specific order based on a product type. I understand we can 'edit columns' on the line item editor but I don't see a way to save the view if we wanted to easily toggle between different column orders
