Hi @AJ_Kakrot,

Out of the box, no, that's currently not possible. Once tasks are created, they're associated to the record but there is no sync in ownership. Workflows cannot be configured to update the task ownership either, unfortunately, as the 'Edit property' workflow action cannot access activities. Neither are there activity-based workflows.

The only native solution that I'm aware of requires the help of a developer to code a custom code action in a workflow based on the Engagements API endpoint (available in Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise).

Best regards!

Hi All,

I would like to know if there's any way to ensure that if the deal owner is changed then by default it should also change the task owner of all the associated task of the deal. Is there any way to do it?

Thanks
