HubSpot CRM Integration Not Syncing Contacts with Email Provider

I'm facing an issue with the integration of HubSpot CRM and my email provider, and I'm hoping to find some guidance here. Despite successfully setting up the integration between HubSpot CRM and my email provider, I've noticed that the contacts in my CRM are not syncing with my email provider. As a result, I'm unable to access and manage all my contacts in one centralized location, which is causing inefficiencies in my workflow. I've also reviewed the documentation and support articles but haven't found a solution to this specific problem.

Hi @TMorgan7,

when you say you set up the integration between the HubSpot CRM and your email provider, could you share what exactly you did? Are you referring to connecting your personal email? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email-tracking/connect-your-inbox-to-hubspot

If so, connecting your inbox doesn't mean that contacts are being synced. This is actually not a feature of the connection. You simply authorized HubSpot to send emails from your inbox.

If you want to sync contacts, you would have to take additional steps, see for example here for Google contacts: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/connect-hubspot-and-google-contacts

Have you tried resetting the integration between HubSpot CRM and your email provider? This could potentially resolve any minor glitches or configuration issues.
