Remove Line Item Records

Hi,

We have removed all deals records from the system, and we noticed that the line items records are still existing within the system. How can we delete them? It is affecting the reporting.

Hi @OBetzalel,

To remove line item records in HubSpot, you can do this -

1. Navigate to the "Products & Line Items" section within HubSpot.

2. Use the bulk selection feature to select the line items you want to remove.

3. After selecting, click on the "Delete" option.

Note: Ensure you have proper permissions to delete line items, and be cautious as this action can impact reporting or other data linked to those line items.

This will help clean up your reporting and remove any unnecessary records.

Where is this "Products and Line Items" section I just have my product library, I want to delete all the line items associated with a certain type of deal.

I understand that you would like to delete specific line items from certain deals. If you're looking to do this in bulk, you can bulk delete line items using this API endpoint, alternatively, you can delete them individually directly within the deal's record.
