How to Share Snippets in HubSpot?

If you create a snippet in your account, is this snippet available to all users? I'm working on a project, and all team members will need to have access to quite a few snippets, so it would be great if these could be shared rather than being created over and over again. Thanks!

Hi @TChappell5,

By default, snippets are available to all users. Limits may however apply to how many snippets a free user can access (5).

Snippets created in your account are typically private and only accessible to you unless the platform you're using allows for shared or team snippets. If your project involves multiple team members needing access to the same snippets, you'll need to check if your platform supports sharing snippets within a team or workspace. Many platforms have options for creating shared libraries or shared snippet folders that all team members can access, which would prevent the need to recreate snippets individually. If sharing isn't directly supported, an alternative could be exporting the snippets and having team members import them into their accounts.

That is indeed unfortunate. How are the 5 chosen? In other words, who decides which 5 EACH free user has access to?

Hi - I believe its based on the first 5 created, which is not a great set up.
