&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the delay! I've checked our ticket queue to see if other customers are experiencing similar issues, but that doesn't seem to be the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are a couple of things we could try to resolve this issue:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Please make sure that the page has been published in HubSpot, especially if you've made any changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the URL in the webpage editor (&lt;EM&gt;Edit Page &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Page URL&lt;/EM&gt;) and make sure that the URL is correct (&lt;A href="http://www.hockeystick.co/home" target="_blank"&gt;www.hockeystick.co&lt;/A&gt;). If you've added any words on the slug&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.hockeystick.co/home" target="_blank"&gt;(www.hockeystick.co&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;/home&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;for example), please remove them and republish the page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using external assets (images, fonts) on that page &lt;SPAN&gt;that load over HTTP instead of HTTPS? If yes, those could be blocked from loading and thus causing the webpage to be unavailable.       <title>HubSpot website down every Tuesday morning (Eastern Time)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our HubSpot website/portal goes down every Tuesday morning starting between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM every week.&amp;nbsp; It seems to come back online 24 to 48 hours later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known window of difficulty for HubSpot portals?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have found posts about the language setting;&amp;nbsp; we did that and it did not improve our situation (portal went down again this morning).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our website was available again last night around 12:00 midnight.&amp;nbsp; That's about&amp;nbsp;44 hours of downtime, which we have been experiencing weekly for the last couple of months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am expecting it will run until around 4:00 AM Tuesday 09-MAY-2023...I will provide an update here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else out there experienced this issue?&amp;nbsp; We have made no changes to our website for a long time (it's a landing page with static content), yet it becomes unavailable on a weekly basis.&amp;nbsp; It becomes available again without us making any changes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To confirm, this definitely isn't expected behaviour and we're not seeing reports from other customers about their websites being unavailable, so I'm curious to see if the troubleshooting steps that I've shared below will help.
