Is there a way for our Hubspot account invoices to be sent to a specific accounting email address? I've gone through a lot of settings/account tabs and have not seen where this is possible.

We have similar problem. So, we want to receive monthly invoice to one group address. And there is no available option among HubSpot settings. How to do it? Can you help us? I's pretty nice and easy in Zoho and why there is no such simplicity in HubSpot?

Hey @SKleff, you would typically configure your email system to forward or CC invoices to a shared inbox address in this case. (More information here)

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I see that you are wanting to send Hubspot Invoices to a team account address.

Have you tried to create a Invoice-based workflow that sends a email notification to the accounting address once the Invoice is sent? Here are more steps.

I'd also like to tag in some of our Community Champions - @kosalaindrasiri @HubDoPete @Alex_Elborn do you have any other ideas or workarounds?

Hi Cassie,

I don't think an invoice based workflow is needed here, as I think @onlinedocotor is talking about receiving the portal billing invoice from HubSpot, not the sending of Commerce Hub invoices from HubSpot.

I recommend using the accepted solution in this thread, which is to contact @relabidin at HubSpot to customise the portal billing address.
