"Last activity" filter does not include changes in the stage of the deal. How to filter this?

Hi,

I'm trying to analyze the deals in my pipeline that haven't had any activity in the last month.

At first, filtering by "Last activity" property in the Deals dashboard seemed like the easy way to do it. However, I have realized that this filter does not consider a change in the deals pipeline's stage as an "activity". So I get false positives when filtering that way.

Is there any way to filter in a view Deals whose last activity (including every update such a change in the stage) is earlier than a month ago?

Hi @jperezbedmar ,

Each deal pipeline stage has a "Date Entered" and a "Date Existed" property in HubSpot, so you could filter using those:

1.) Last activity date is greater than 30 days ago AND

2.) Date Exited XX Stage os greater than 30 days ago AND

3.) Date Exited YY Stage is greater than 30 days ago, and so on for all of the relevant stages.

Hi @jperezbedmar you might also consider configuring Deal Tags to correspond with the Date Exited filters @trevordjones suggested to flag the deals visually and make them easier to identify outside of filtered views.
