Hey @Cross720,

Great initiative! SWOT analysis is a powerful tool for understanding your position in the market.

When it comes to selling online, consider diving into data analytics for strengths and weaknesses – think conversion rates, customer feedback, and website performance. For opportunities and threats, keep an eye on industry trends, competitor moves, and any tech advancements. Tailoring the SWOT to each client and product will give you a laser-focused strategy.

For client: Understanding the unique strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for each client ensures that your approach is tailored to their specific needs and goals. Clients in different industries or with different target audiences may require distinct strategies, and a client-specific SWOT analysis sets the stage for a more personalized and effective sales approach.

For products: Likewise, applying SWOT analysis to each product provides a granular view of its position in the market. You can identify areas for product improvement, fine-tune marketing strategies, and capitalize on opportunities specific to that product category. It's a way to optimize the performance of each product within the overall sales portfolio.

Happy analyzing!

I was hoping to see how HubSpot can accommodate SWOT analysis workflow within it's CRM module for each application associated with each client.
Thank you,
Adam

Hi @Cross720,

A lot is possible with the CRM development tools: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/platform/crm-development-tools-overview

The route to your solution depends what exactly your requirements are. Running a SWOT analysis in HubSpot is very broad. Do you want HubSpot to do this automatically? Then you would have to pull in AI and it would require custom development. Do you want a place where you would do this manually? This could be done in sidebars, notes, playbooks, custom modules.

That's a fantastic initiative! I've found that capturing SWOT analysis for clients and products can truly amplify business strategies. When I delved into this process, I started by diving deep into client feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis. It's also essential to consider the pre-study of data analytics needs, which can provide invaluable insights into consumer behavior and industry trends. You can find more info about it online, and scandicfusion.com has some great resources too. Wishing you all the best with your analysis journey.
