Where can I find the BCC email address to log my Outlook emails in HubSpot?

Hi,

Where can I find the Bcc Hubspot email address that I can put in the BCC of an email in say Outlook so that it will be saved inside the CRM and linked to the company/contact records?

You can find the BCC address that you need here (Settings > Sales > Log emails in CRM:

Please keep in mind:

The email address that you are sending from must match the email address of a user in your HubSpot portal. This prevents someone outside your company, maliciously spamming the BCC address.
HubSpot won't log emails that you send to co-workers based on email domain.
HubSpot will create a contact when you email someone who doesn't yet exist in your CRM.
If you manually use the BCC address in an email client without tracking, this will simply log the email on a contact record in your CRM. This will not allow you to track opens or clicks on your emails.

I don't see this email option in the the Settings/Sales area -- where do I get the BCC link now to log emails to Hubspot?

I am looking for BCC email as well, but I do not see Email Integrations under Integrations anymore. Do you know where to find the BCC email for tracking?

Why does this setting location keep changing along with a bunch of other settings? I have just wasted 15 minutes of my day looking for this. There should at least be a settings search if you are going to keep doing this... and I am not seeing the benefit of this new navigation scheme. When I am thinking of email settings, am I thinking of Objects? No, and I doubt anyone else is either.

Can someone clarify how this works.

I sent an email outside of hubspot from cin7 and tried the bcc email and the Cc email from hubspot

My understanding is I should see it in hubspot under that contact.

My sent email is superadmin .

To email is contact

Cc email is hubspot

Bcc email is hubspot

What I am doing wrong?

I just want an external email and attachment put against contact in hubspot

You can find the details on how to use the bcc and the forwarding address to log emails in HubSpot here. Basically for an outbound email you'd use the BCC address and for an incoming email you'd use the forwarding address.
