Hi @smk,

That's not possible at the moment. Sequence enrollment can't be referenced or changed by workflows.

All available options for unenrollment are listed here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/unenroll-from-sequence

This is now possible in Sales Hub Enterprise! See the screenshot of a contact-based workflow below:

Your workflow could look like this, I picked a closed won deal as an enrollment trigger to unenroll from a sequence:

Hi, @karstenkoehler I don't have that option to enroll or unenroll from a sequence under External Communication (or anywhere else). Is this functionality rolled out to everyone?

I wanted to chime in here - this feature went live this week and is available in our Sales and Service Hub Enterprise.
