Any document management system for compliance teams?

Hello!

My Compliance Team needs to verify our customer's identity before we send a contract (with government-issued personal documents, bank statements, and other documents), in HubSpot, we can't segregate those documents access enough to be secure and HubSpot forms are pretty bad for that objective. So I need to find another system to do that, preferably one that integrates with HubSpot (but may not).

Anyone knows any software to manage customer's personal documents? Preferably one that has its own form to submit data and integrates with HubSpot (not obligatory).

If this still happens to be an issue, you can solve it using IdentityCheck which integrates out of the box with HubSpot. You can start verifying clients as part of your workflow within a couple of minutes.

Hi @FelipeFelix - sorry to ressurect a thread that is a few years old, but my organiztion has the same need that yours does. Someone just pointed me to this conversation. Did you ever select/implement an integration that solved your use case?
