Using Events For Triggers

I'm trying to create a workflow that triggers when certain events occur. Delay has a functionality that waits until a certain event happens such as "email replied" or "call ended". I want to add these events to the initial trigger of my workflow but I can't find them. Is this available, or is this not possible?

Specifically, can I use event triggers as well as specific filters for properties?

When you add enrollment criteria, you should see "When an event occurs":

@karstenkoehler I'm not seeing those options. This is what I'm seeing.

@RPerez14 click "Skip trigger and choose eligible" records in the bottom left corner, then select "Contacts", then, after confirming, click into the enrollment triggers.

Hi @RPerez14

If you search for the trigger "replied to email" you will find what you need on the page you are on. It's under Digital interactions > Marketing and sales emails > Replied to email.

For Call ended, you'd choose Property value changed > Call > then the call property you want, for example Call status

I'm curious where you were trying to find these options, and got stuck? If there is a way we can make the categories more clear, we welcome your feedback.
