How To Create Event Trigger For Associated Deal

Hello,

I am working on a workflow and I want to create a delay "until an event occurs", and I want the event to be a property change in an associated deal. I have options to pick contact properties, but I can't pick any other objects on this screen. How can I accomplish this?

Hi @RPerez14,

This is currently not possible – and attempting to do so is typically a sign that you should rethink how your workflows are structured. Breaking workflows in two could be one option here. Of course I don't have the full context, but it could look like this:

Workflow 1
[something happens in the deal, like an updated property value]
Workflow 2 waits for that property value and checks if record has completed workflow 1
