User access management

Good day all,

we would like to give to UAM team the ability to create, update and disable Hubspot user while the team should have a restricted access to CRM, Sales and other data.

We started with the standard permission set "View only"

and then assigned the Account access with all permission but on the Developer apps.

Unfortunately the UAM users cannot get advantage of the templates as they cannot access them not even copy another user's permissions.

Hi @schinea,

There is no specific permission that allows a user to assign any permission to other users. Assigning permission follows the principle that you can only assign permissions that you yourself have. If this wasn't the case, this would be a loophole to assign yourself higher permissions than you have.

In other words, if you want certain users to be able to assign any permission set that you have, they would have to have the combined permissions of all those sets.
