Automating Renewal Quarter Indicator in Reports

Hello Community,

I was asked by one of my clients to create a report, the client would like to see a property in the report that indicates on the renewal quarter.

For example: Renewal date is 14.3.2026, the renewal quarter will be Q1, and so on...

I tried to sort this out in a few ways with automation or dependent properties, but didn't find the solution.

** The client has "Sales Hub Professional" license.

Please advise.

This is an option I haven't personally tested myself, but I believe it could be very useful in achieving your client's goal: using calculated properties to determine the renewal quarter.

Hello @DianaGomez , thank you for the direction. I manged to solve it with some help from ChatGPT.

I created a new dependent, calculated property with a formula that updates the Q based on the renewal date.

This is working like magic. I love this stuff 💪
