I am working with a customer who is coaching. She wants to have people sign up for services through HubSpot and have agreements that the customer agrees to during the signup process. Is it possible to have agreements in Hubspot and be auto-signed like an invoice or estimate?

Beyond the quotes tool, HubSpot doesn't have any native features that include esignature. There are however integrations on the app marketplace which I recommend you have a look at and check against your exact requirements:

@Huntscape-Ops if you're referring to HubSpot quotes and HubSpot invoices, no, these do not support attachments.
