Hey Joshua,

as far as I could see, there's no faster way than mass accepting 50 suggestions at a time. Probably Hubspot's idea was to have a human look over it before accepting everything. Maybe Hubspot will add it to the "Automation" functionality (top right corner under Formatting Issues) like they did for "Capitalize First Name" in the future 🤖

As far as workflows, you could observe if there are patterns or common countries/cities that have missing timezones and then create a workflow similar as in the screenshot (Example with France & UK; you could also do it for cities or regions) The "time zone" property is on contact level and I was able to select a dropdown option.

Hope this was helpful, have a great day! 😊

So now, one of the Formatting issues I can fix is the UTC Timezone. I can do this in the Location section of Formatting issues. But I can only mass apply the change to 50 records at a time. How can I automate this feature? The Time zone property I have access to in workflows is not the correct one and the one I DO have access to declares it a HubSpot property and I am not allowed to change it.

Ah. Ok. I was afraid of that. I was hoping I was just missing something. But your solution would work.

Hi there! I built a HubSpot plugin called ZipCode AutoFill that can update the default HubSpot timezone property automatically by extracting it from the 5-digit US postal code. Even better, you can use What Time Is It? to display the current time for your contact right on the contact record.
