Hi all,

Is there a way to set lifecycle stage on contacts who have signed up to zoom webinars efficiently? I have thought about creating a workflow and keep adding the webinar names for example, to the enrollment trigger but that doesn't seem scalable as there are lots of webinars and some would bound to be left out sometimes.

Hi @Becky238,

You could use the contact property "Total number of Zoom webinar registrations" property for this. It's a number property that auto-updates. If that number is greater than or equal to 1, you could use this to set the lifecycle stage.

Best regards!

But I need it to be specific to the webinar. Some webinars should generate leads, and others, MQL
