Send Quickbooks Invoice reminder from HubSpot Workflow

i'm trying to create a workflow that will send a customer a reminder that their invoice is due using a hubspot email.

I'm using QBO for invoices and they are synced with hubspot. I'm able to create the email and the automation, but the one thing i'm missing is the link url to the QBO invoice for the client to click on to action on it.
is it possible to get that information from the integration?

Hey @mohamedhamad! Good question. The invoice URLs are typically not a default QBO field, so you may be able to set it up using custom field mappings.

Hi Mohammed! Are you using the native HubSpot integration here? If so, the invoice URL is not available, even with custom field mappings.

If you use Zapier though, you can push the URL to HubSpot

Have you used Zapier before? Its super easy to set-up and gives you a lot more possibilites then the out of the box integration.

So it turns out that while i can use Zapier to get the url link, there is a limitation in the native QBO integration, where invoices created from the sync are not accessible from a workflow. Eg: if i want to send a workflow automation with a reminder of the invoice that is synced from QBO, the information about the invoice like invoice number, invoice date, etc are not visible in the email.
