Can I create a report showing various properties of a SINGLE company

Hi,

I want to create a report in hubspot that allows me to view a series of properties for ONE company at a time.

For example I would like to be able to create a report the allows me to select Company A and then display a series of properties that I select.
- Latest Deal
- Deal Amount
- List of contacts names
- Numeric property 1
- Numeric property 2

I can then switch to company B and display the same report with company B's data.

The use case is that I want to be able to create these reports to show them to client companies when I meet them at events.

Ideally we would also have some ability to brand the report with our logo etc.

Hi @Lucca7,

I would recommend using the middle column of company records for this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-the-middle-column-of-records

In this middle column, you can place "a single object report that can automatically filter data based on the current record, the current record's associations, or all records of the object selected for the report."

In other words, you would create reports for each item on your list, place them in the middle section and then you can easily access the information on your list by simply opening the company reocrd.

If that is not an option, because you do not want to show a company record at events, things get a bit more involved.

I would then approach this differently and create a dashboard with reports for each item on your list. You would then use a dashboard filter to filter for a specific company name: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/dashboards/use-dashboard-filters

On dashboards, you can also text and image elements for branding.
