Contact is reassigned from AE to an SDR based on SDR's "on shift/off shift"(oo) calendar availability.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;RT: reps would keep calendars open when available, removing no-show meetings would then trigger availability, leads would then round robin assign to those with an opening.&lt;BR /&gt;OO: calendars would indicate simply days and hours available for lead assignment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend creating a workflow automation in HubSpot that triggers when a new lead comes in. You can also implement a round-robin logic if multiple representatives are available.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/737995"&gt;@PDrews&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; the "availability" feature is honestly a huge hole in HubSpot's system. I know they're working on this right now though so I believe it's a feature that will be out this year. However, at the moment there's really no way to set assignments based on availability outside of manually updating your assignment rules.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Definitely a sorely needed feature. Of course, you can put together workarounds for a lot of things using Workflows, but I don't think that you'll be able to do what you are looking for. Maybe with a third-party calendar integration that integrates with HubSpot workflows, but I don't know one off of the top of my head.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I wanted to mention that &lt;A href="https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/data-management/insycle" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Insycle&lt;/A&gt; can help with this. Full disclosure — I work as a marketer for Insycle. But we recently launched some pretty deep record assignment features with advanced availability controls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here are the features that might be able to help your use case:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Set SDR/AE daily working availability&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;Input their working hours so assignments to them only happen during the specified hours. Reps will be automatically removed some assignments when they are off-hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Set expected unavailability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;For vacations, conferences, PTO, etc. Quickly add unavailabile days for reps, and they will be automatically removed from assignment processes on those days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;One-click toggle for unexpected unavailability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;For sick days, busy days, etc. Simply toggle a rep as "unavailable" with a single click and they will be removed from assignment processes until they are toggled back to available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Round Robin w/ timeframe-based load balancing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Insycle has numerous assignment settings (including round robin like you mentioned), but also load balancing. You can also set a timeframe for load balancing, such as balancing assignments among all reps (or a small specified group) over the last week, month, quarter, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hubspot workflow integration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Inject Insycle templates directly into workflows so that leads can be assigned immediately after they hit the system and before your first communications go out to them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, your SDR for your AE--&amp;gt;SDR after shift handoff would be a little tricky, but doable. Is there a consistent time that all SDRs end their shift? Because you could have a HubSpot workflow triggered just after that time each day, and then inject the Insycle assignment template into that workflow, so that leads are re-assigned after the AE ends their shift. Then, in theory, you could have another one that runs in the morning to re-assign back to AEs if that was something you wanted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://blog.insycle.com/hubspot-lead-routing" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Here is a recent article&lt;/A&gt; we published that breaks down our lead routing features and has a bunch of screenshots to show you how it all looks in the software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps. For the setup, reps just need to keep their calendars updated. So when a new lead comes in, the system can check who’s actually available right then (not in a meeting, not out of office) and assign the lead to someone who can follow up immediately. If a no-show gets cleared from a calendar, that person becomes eligible again—super efficient. For the on-shift/off-shift flow, it's all about setting working hours ahead of time, so leads or contact reassignments only go to reps who are actually on shift. To pull it off, you’d just need a CRM- HubSpot, calendar access (Google or Outlook), and a routing tool like Chili Piper, LeadAngel, or even a Zapier/Make setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is such a great idea. Connecting lead assignment to real-time rep availability would take a lot of headaches out of the process. HubSpot doesn’t really do this out of the box, but you might want to check out lead routing tools like LeadAngel. They give you a lot more flexibility with rules and can even work around things like shift schedules or availability windows. It could be a good way to get closer to what you’re describing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
