Hey all - I am aware that some people use Custom Objects to display customer insights for Customer Success. Is there anyone around who has some notes / guidelines on doing this and how I can set it up for our team?

Hi @Smanstey
We've done quite a bit of research over the last year compiling best practices for setting up HubSpot for use with customer success teams and the only time where we've seen custom objects being used is for handling onboarding with the new custom Projects object. It obviously depends on what kind of data you are tracking, but one can already do a huge amount with custom properties.
All the research we've collected has gone into this HubSpot for CS ebook that you might find useful - HubSpot is powerful, and very customizable, so there's a lot of things you can do even with just the basic starter and pro plans. The new(ish) Customer Success Workspace is fantastic as well, that's worth looking into.
