Integrate a specific from in Hubspot to MS Dynamics 365

Hi.

I am looking for some information on the possibility of migrating new submissions from one specific form I created in Hubspot into the MSD 365 CRM environment. Currently, we have a workflow in MS Power Automate but it only syncs new data from Hubspot once a day.

For this scenario we want the leads created (in MSD 365) as soon as the submission is made in that Hubspot form. I was wondering if this is possible with the Hubspot Workflow available since it has a specific trigger when submissions are made. Does connecting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 app in the workflow allow for this specific sync scenario?

Not looking into syncing all data. Just want to capture the new data coming in from the form.

Hey @JavierZ there's no way to do this out of the box, this would require custom development using the get submissions for a form api.

Looking through the dynamics integration, it looks like this doesn't allow only syncing specific contacts, but would sync all contacts between the two systems so this may not be suitable for your needs.

Outside of a custom integration, the only way to achieve this would be manually by exporting the form submissions and importing them into dynamics.

@JavierZ I believe you can use Datawarehouse.io for Hightouch in conjunction with the Hightouch app to set up this type of sync. DM me if you would like to discuss how this would work.

You can use SymphonySync to sync data from form submissions into Dynamics and create new leads from the submissions. Feel free to message me with any questions or if you'd like to see a demo of how it works.
