Hello Team,

I installed app for integration of HupSpot with Microsoft 365 bussines central and this app is syncing Contacts sucesfully. But i need to sync also Deals, do we have any manual about it or how it should be done ?

I wanted to refer you to the share data section of the Microsoft Business Central Integration listing. The shared data section of a data sync integration states which fields can be mapped between objects such as contacts, and which objects can be synced.

This integration can sync data between contacts on HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central. It's not possible to sync deals with this integration at the moment.

I would highly recommend you to please post this product suggestion of adding deals to this integration on our ideas forum.

Our product team, who monitors the forum regularly, can read your specific use case and understand why this would be a useful functionality or change. It also helps other customers facing the same issue to advocate for its implementation on your behalf by upvoting on the thread as well.

If you're exploring options beyond simple one-way syncs, it’s absolutely possible to build a robust, two-way integration between HubSpot and BC. For example, using an API-based integration platform (like MARINI, which I work with), you can:

Sync any object, not just contacts or deals — e.g., products, invoices, orders, and even custom BC tables
Automate logic like "create a deal in HubSpot when a sales order is closed in BC"
Keep field values synchronized in both systems with customizable mappings and data transformations
Control sync frequency, conflict handling, and user ownership rules

This is especially helpful if your sales, ops, and finance teams work across both platforms and need accurate, real-time data flow.
