problem with reports viewing

Hello everyone, Im trying to view a website traffic report and it says You don't have permission to see this report. Contact your account admin to get access and Im the account admin

I relly apprecite if anyone can help

Hi @MZakria,

An admin of your HubSpot portal needs to adjust your permissions to include report access: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/edit-user-permissions

Under Settings > Users & Teams you should be able to see which users are a "Super admin". Reach out to them and request the permissions.

Just to rule out the potentially obvious: Have you created and published landing pages with forms in HubSpot?

@MZakria in addition to being a super admin, do you have a paid sales seat or service seat? I haven't seen the paid seat block permissions for specific reports, just permissions for whole tool areas, but that is one idea to check!

You are correct that as a super admin you should be able to view all reports https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/manage-reports-in-your-reports-list#manage-report-access
