Customer Success Workspace - Custom Objects

Hi Everyone !

I want our customer success team to start using the Customer Success Workspace but I can't set it up the way I would like.

I've noticed that you can use a Custom Object as the chosen object, which is perfect for us, but the Health Score only works with Company and the pipeline space only work with Deals and Tickets. I can't use these features like I would need.

Are pipelines of Custom Objects coming to the Workspace ?
Will the Health Score be available for anything other than Company ?

Hey @ClemenceP, happy Monday!

I checked and currently, the Health Score only works with Companies, and pipelines are limited to Deals and Tickets. As for your question about pipelines for Custom Objects and Health Scores for other objects, these features are not available yet, but HubSpot often updates its offerings. It’s worth keeping an eye on their product updates.

Upvoting! It's great that we can add custom object to the Customer Success workspace, but we do need it followed through to Health Scores as well.
