Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to change to the German servers in the EU with the starter Hubspot package (the cheapest). Our companie's GDPR rules demand this change.

Hi @MMitte,

As far as I know, HubSpot is gradually opening up this option for selected portals. I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot customer support via email (purple in-app help widget) to request this.

Hi Karsten,

As of this moment we do not have the starter package so I cannot ask customer support directly. I also cannot find it online. The only real question is whether or not I can change to the EU servers if we upgrade to the starter package.

Hi @MMitte,

As far as I know there isn't any guarantee. I would advise reaching out to HubSpot sales to get a confirmation on that.
