My community profile page keeps auto refreshing!

Not sure if this is the correct topic section to post this in but I couldn't find one that fits my issue...

When i log into my profile the page keeps refreshing, the URL changes briefly whilst this refresh occurs and it happens repeatedly not allowing me to click on any links on my profile.

I managed to get it to work by clicking a few settings relating to the cookies widget via the url bar but it's happening when i log into mobile now and I don't know how to fix it.

Is this a known issue, any ideas why it's doing this and how to stop it?

What exactly do you mean by ’logging into your profile” - are you referring to your profile page or going to your profile settings? Could you elaborate a bit more on this, please?

Does this behavior continue after clearing your cache and cookies?

Are you able to reproduce this behavior in other browsers? If yes, can you please let us know which ones?

Hi Kristen, sorry for the delayed reply i was away and I also have really been struggling to click the link to this post in order to reply as a result of the issue, however after quite a few attempts today i managed to get it to click and take me here.

And attached are screenshots, note the URL that is changing automatically every 2/3 seconds by itself giving me no time to click on any links via my profile page which i need in order to get any support 😞
