Tickets with table like property

I am in need to add a list of information like a table for a ticket.

The exact requirement is:

We take "Travel Fund request" and create one Ticket for such request.
This request can have a list of estimated expense proofs. Hence we are in need of storing these estimated expenses as a table/record to the ticket.
This table can contain multiple pieces of information, including the URL to the uploaded file.

What is the best way to achieve this use case?

Any solution that helps store the above kind of information with the ticket will also do.

I'm not sure what specific datapoints you're tracking and how they need to be sorted, but this could be accomplishable with custom ticket properties and custom ticket reports.

HubSpot properties are generally used to store one piece of information. As far as I know, there's no way to create a table within a single property (but you can use individual properties to create a table report). As long as you have a ticket property for each piece of info, you can create a custom ticket report containing a column for each custom property. That wouldn't be accessible within the individual ticket record, but you could lay it out in a dashboard and apply the needed filters (i.e., ticket stage, create date).

I'm also not sure how you're capturing this information currently and if it would be viable to break up every piece of information into a separarte property. Depending on the compelxity, you may be better off using another tool that integrates with HubSpot (or at least gives you a link or downloadable file that you could attach to the ticket record).

We will use another tool to store this type of information and integrate it with HubSpot.
