How to integrate messages from Facebook Marketplace

Hello,

How to integrate messages from Facebook Marketplace to HubSpot, so it create new clients, when someone message me?
I already connected Messenger to HubSpot, but it seems to recieve messages only from business page, not marketplace. Any solution?

Hi @PRomanov,

Unfortunately, HubSpot’s native integration with Facebook Messenger only supports messages from your business page and doesn’t include Facebook Marketplace messages.

Workaround solutions, consider using tools like Zapier or Integromat (Make) that have Facebook integrations. Set up a workflow to capture messages from Marketplace and send them to HubSpot as new contacts or tickets.

If you’re running ads on Marketplace, you can use Facebook’s Lead Ads integration with HubSpot to capture leads and add them to your CRM.

As a last resort, manually import Marketplace inquiries into HubSpot using a CSV file.

For now, third-party tools are your best bet for getting Marketplace messages into HubSpot.

Unfortunately, you can't connect marketplace messages to HubSpot. That's because your marketplace message is connected to your profile, and Facebook doesn't allow profile messages to be integrated anywhere.
