Cannot Edit Linkedin CRM Sync Settings

Hello everyone,

I'm testing LikedIn CRM sync app. It looks very promising, however I'm unable to edit the sync settings individually on object level.

For example, I'd like to sync only for contacts and accounts, but not deals. Or I'd like to edit the field mappings. However, it says I don't have permission eventhough I'm super admin on HS.

Has any of you encountered this problem before, what'd be the solution? Thanks!

This is for the LinkedIn CRM Sync integration, correct? If so, the sync configuration settings are actually not editable for LinkedIn CRM Sync. This is intentional and a decision made by LinkedIn during app development. Unlike other data sync apps, the LinkedIn app is hard-set to sync pre-mapped fields, have all or none of the syncs enabled at a time, etc.

I have the same issue. I'm admin on both apps and only want to sync company/contact data only. If this is barred by LinkedIn then why is the option being shown and greyed out?
