How to best sign INCOMING documents

We track a bunch of leads where we have to sign NDAs that are sent to us. These are all signed digitally. Is there a native app within hubspot where I can best manage the signing of the PDF (e.g, I will often have to put my name, address, etc and then a digital signature)?

Right now my workflow is to download the attachment, modify it, save it, then reattach into hubspot which is very inneficient.

Hey @redfalcon natively HubSpot does not support or allow sensitive data, such as contract signings. If you need to store sensitive data in HubSpot, even from a third party, this requires an enterprise subscription.

The only native support for signatures HubSpot allows is through the quotes tool.

Outside of this, if your search the HubSpot app marketplace for esignatures there are several integrations which handle this, such as docusign. However these are not native and you will need to be conscious of where you store this data.
