Can I connect multiple WhatsApp Business numbers to one account in HubSpot?

Hello,

I am looking to connect multiple WhatsApp Business accounts to our single HubSpot portal. Is it possible for each member of our sales team to have their own individual WhatsApp number connected to HubSpot?

Hi @LKelman

Yes, you can connect multiple accounts to the Inbox

just have in mind that the inbox is a shared place for teams.

Here is an article on how to do it.

One things to consider is that once you connect the Whatsapp number to HubSpot

you cannot longer use it from a phone app.

I am unable to connect to my WhatsApp number. it says it is already connected
