Signature generator formatting error

My company uses the signature generator (https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator) very often and has been working just fine for the past year up until this week.

The preview looks just fine, like this:

But when I "COPY SIGNATURE" (using the organge button) and paste it in gmail or other apps, there is a misterios column that appears around the Area/Company fields like this:

Same happens when using the "COPY SIGNATURE SOURCE CODE", and when inspecting that code there is a <TD> tag within a TD tag which seems like should only be a <P> or maybe another <H2> like the employe name but not a TD that generates the misterious extra column.

Right now I'm telling the salespeople to simply leave those fields empty since I've tested with all the templates and they all have the same problem.

Also, when using the organge copy button and pasting it in hubspot, it copies none of the colors, styles or images:

It looks like the signature generator is adding an extra <TD> tag within the Area/Company fields, causing unwanted formatting issues. This seems to be affecting all templates, and pasting the copied signature into HubSpot also strips colors, styles, and images.

As a workaround, leaving those fields empty helps.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It does seem like the extra tag is causing unintended formatting problems across all templates, which can be frustrating when trying to maintain a polished email signature.

Your workaround of leaving the Area/Company fields empty is helpful for now, but ideally, the generator should not add unnecessary tags that disrupt formatting. Have you tested whether manually cleaning up the HTML after generating the signature resolves the issue before pasting it into HubSpot?

Additionally, the stripping of colors, styles, and images when pasting into HubSpot might be related to how HubSpot processes copied HTML. Using a rich text editor to adjust formatting before pasting could help retain styles.

Yes, changing the <TD> into a <P> tag by hand fixes the problem.
Removing the tag altogether and just using a break line before so the text moves below also works.
The only error seems to be that pesky tag around the "Area/Company" fields. Everything else is working as intended.
Regarding the colors/styles, that I trully have no idea how to fix. We have a powerpoint presentation with instructions for all our salespeople so they can create and edit their signatures themselves and all of them were following the same exact process without any probem. Colors, styles and images were working perfectly. It was only this past week that we started getting this problem so something changes since then internally.

For now we are stiking to copy/pasting the source code without the problematic fields.
