Create deal follow ups with Whatsapp

Hi all

I'm wondering if anyone has a sollution to create automatic Whatsapp deal follow-ups on Whatsapp.

For example, use an active list to add someone to a list that has had a deal open for 30 days, use a 3rd party to send that contact an automated whatsapp message (from our number) letting them know their quote is about to expire, would they like an updated quote?

Is this possible? Any suggestions how to implement it?

I understand you are looking to send WhatsApp messages to HubSpot contacts when they have met certain list criteria. This would only be possible with a Service or Marketing Professional or Enterprise HubSpot subscription-- see this Knowledge Base article for context.

Hi @DLiprini

yes, can do this with Workflows in any PRO licences

and with an integration with Whatsapp.

You can check out the 3rd party apps for Whatsapp in the app marketplace.

Alternatively you can also check out zapier to assist on the automation part

to create a quote based workflows from the Expiration date to come.

As @Lucila-Andimol said, you need to check if your 3rd party app for whatsapp can integrate quote properties. Because you'll need to insert it in your message .
