Connectwise PSA integration with Hubspot error

I've installed the connectwise PSA integration and synced our companies, contacts, and deals (CW opportunities).

One strange thing is that no financial information is carrying over, rendering the whole exercise useless.

Examples:

- for Connectwise Opportunities with forecasted sales revenue (deals) all the forecast data is effectively ignored.

The net result is what we have all our opportunities sitting in hubspot with effectively $0 values. Completely useless if we cannot fix.

Has anyone seen this before?

I understand you are using the ConnectWise PSA integration with HubSpot. Looking at the Shared Data section of the integration, I do not see any default ot custom revenue fields available to sync. That said, let's invite some of our experts to chime in and see if they are syncing revenue:

Thank you for your response Kennedyp. I also wrote to HubSpot support about the issue and received the following response:

"Thank you for reaching out to us, my name is Carlos and I'll be assisting you. I've confirmed with the team that at this moment, there are some limitations in the deal properties to sync for opportunities/deals for the ConnectWise integration. Currently the Forecast amount in HubSpot can't be mapped in Connectwise, yet our teams are constantly striving to work with Connectwise to enable this. I do understand the importance of this feature so i’d also recommend posting this in our ideas forum, which is actively monitored by our products team to see which tools our customers need. HubSpot uses our Ideas Forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product."

Therefore, for anyone else wondering about this, it is a known limitation. For our team, it will be a showstopper unless we can reliably solve it in another way (for example, Zapier) for just the financial data.
