Hi, was just wondering if anybody knows of any solution to create a bot for whatsapp within the hubspot ecosystem and or an external provider that integrates with the hubspot CRM ?

Tenemos una integración con Whatsapp llamada 'WhatHub': https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/es/marketplace/apps/marketing/live-chat/whathub

WhatHub permite enviar mensajes directos a cualquier contacto de HubSpot y registra todas las conversaciones en su ficha de contacto, lo que permite configurar automatizaciones avanzadas como activar workflows cuando se menciona cierta palabra clave en un mensaje de WhatsApp.

Y @adriemilia también aconseja otra integración en este hilo. Se trata de tinkinMe, que es una plataforma, no una extensión de HubSpot, que sirve para gestionar chats inbound de WhatsApp entre un equipo de operadores. "Es ideal usarla cuando recibes cientos o miles de chats en una única línea de WhatsApp Business y lo que buscas es darle trazabilidad y capacidad de maniobra a un grupo de asesores que atiendan esos chats".

Does hubspot recommends or integrate with a chatbot platform like https://landbot.io/ to save those leads on the CRM ?
