Facebook - Hubspot Tracking doesn't work properly

Dear Support,

we've established all connections possible between Facebook and Hubspot. Pixel, Leadsync, Hubspot Tracking Code etc.

As I've understood, Hubspot recieves the fbclid through facebook leadform ads and sends back Phone Number, Name & fbclid to Facebook Conversions. However our numbers don't match. Within the last 7 days, we have 10 Conversions in Facebook and 6 in Hubspot. 3 of those 6 Conversions cam with utm Parameters through other channels but were on Facebook before (we tracked fbc, fbp & fbclid Parameters). And not all Facebook Leads get the fbclid.

This brings me to my questions:
1. Where exactly is the tracking problem?
2. Through what exact ways is the fbclid tracked?
3. We have a custom text string field for our fbclid, because our fbclid comes from our database, then being sent to hubspot. Hubspot generally doesnt seem to track the fbclid on its own preset field "Facebook-Click-ID". Why is that and how can we fix this?

Make sure fbclid is captured on the landing page right after the ad click, using a hidden form field.

HubSpot doesn't auto-track fbclid—your custom field is the right move.
fbclid comes through the URL, so if users drop off or it's lost in redirects, tracking breaks.
To fix the mismatch, double-check that your database is consistently passing fbclid to HubSpot, and match the timing of conversions between platforms.

Some follow up Questions:
1. If it doesn't auto-track, why does the field exist in the first place? Cause we have around 50k Leads and non of them has the preset field "Facebook-Click-ID" filled.
2. How can we track the fbclid with facebook instant forms (Lead Ads that get Lead Information on Facebook, without following on our website)?
3. Our Flow is as follows: Website > Leadform captured lead info > Lead Info is being captured in our database > Database sends lead info to hubspot > Hubspot sends Conversion Info to Facebook.
So in the last step between Hubspot and Facebook there is something wrong, not between our database and Hubspot. Do you know what might be wrong here?
