Reporting on Contacts who viewed a form but did not convert

Hi there!

I am looking to either build a list / or create a report on Contacts who viewed a specific form/or forms but did not convert.

I'm seeing people create a custom object for "Form Submissions". Is this the only way to do this? Or is there a more simple way to do so?

Hi @abcmatu,

Are these forms on HubSpot pages? If so, this could be as easy as:

creating a list of contacts who submitted the form
creating a second list of contacts who viewed the page and who are not a member of the first list

Hi Karsten,

Unfortunately, not all pages are HubSpot pages. To add to this, the form itself is not always present right away on the page.

Here's an example: The form lives within a button on the header section as "Get Quote".
