Marketing SMS Reporting

There's no option to create Marketing SMS reports in HubSpot as of today. The activity is recorded as 'Contact Activity' on the record, but there are no options to use this activity type on reports.

We we use SMS for Rev Ops, the analysis of this tool is going to be increasingly important.

Hey Carissa,

If you are using the Marketing SMS add-on, you can analyze message engagements. I'm not sure exactly what you are looking to report on, but this could be a viable solution for you.

I'm really hoping to pull reporting counts and marketing contact activity
insights into a Dashboard. Having to do this in the SMS workspace isn't
ideal.

I set up custom properties to track SMS replies and then used workflows to populate those, which let me build reports based on reply rates and engagement over time.
