Hi all - does anyone know why Marketing Email Analytics is a maximum of 81 days?

Does anyone if using lists to look at Email Engagement, does anyone know if it has the same it have the same limitations? I can't see i in the filters so assuming that it doesn't

We have a customer journey that lasts much longer so 81 days doesn't work for us. Any workaround ideas would also be good 🙂

Which marketing email analytics exactly are you referring to, which tool inside of HubSpot are you referring to?

Under Menu > Marketing > Email > Analyze, for example, you should see plenty options for custom date ranges:

Hi - This is in Custom Reports (Marketing Email Analytics, Marketing Email) where we also need to pull in data from other Objects including Custom Objects. The max time in the filter is 81 days.

@NKieran_Hyve this is simply a limitation of the product at the moment. As far as I know, the product team is working on expanding these time ranges but for now, there aren't any workarounds, unfortunately.

Thanks. We're going to try and use lists to get to some of the data, I don't believe it has the same limitations but wanted to check with the community i.e. 81 days doesn't show in the list filter but is there....

@NKieran_Hyve whether lists are a feasible option depends on what exactly you want to report on - but yes, there are a few contact properties that contain marketing email activity data, without the ability to narrow it down to a time range however.
