&lt;P&gt;"Measured" refers to this person's success and goals. Within their role, they're working towards something. This question is looking for things that can be quantified or qualified. As an individual contributor, these goals will usually be given to the person by a manager. Managers will receive goals from higher up in the hierarchy. C-level will report to investors or the board etc.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;With this question, HubSpot wants to guide your thought process on how you can best support his person with their goals. Their career usually depends on it: if they're being measured by it, it will affect whether they're being promoted or not. Your product or solution might be able to help with that.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was testing the Make my persona Tool as part of the Inbound marketing Course, and I came across with a section to fill which was new to me as a concept: the question "&lt;SPAN&gt;How Is Their Job Measured?".&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I wanted to know more about how to measure a job, because the examples given by the tool were limited, but I couldn't find an article explaining the subject.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So I thought of asking if any of you has the concept clear and could help me understand it, or if there are any articles available you know so I can do the research...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you!!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
