Finding Average Open/Click Rate for emails

Hello,

Is there anyone out there that knows if there's a way to view or find the average open and click rate for emails via report? Reporting is definitnley not one of my stronger attributes and I'm struggling with trying to figure this out.

Hi @Alejandro_,

You can get this information from in the marketing email tool. Click 'Marketing' > 'Email' in the menu and switch to the 'Analyze' tab.

Here you'll find overall recipient engagement (sent, open rate, click rate, click through rate) as well as delivery metrics (delivered rate, hard bounce rate, unsubscribed rate). The date range is set to the last 30 days as a default but it can be changed.

Is it possible to get the same view for lists?

So the overall recipient engagement per list? 🙂
